I Don't Believe...
pharmaceutical symptom management is the best modern medicine can do for sick people! Why are we given drugs without any effort to treat the condition holistically first? Even more disturbing, these drugs are given to children as a first-line treatment, despite the fact that most are not tested for use in a child’s developing body and mind.
Surely, a responsible, comprehensive approach also looks to the underlying causative factors of disease. And it doesn’t just address illness once it happens; it should also promote health using preventative therapies to nourish and balance the body and mind. This treatment model – functional, orthomolecular, and nutritional therapies – is safe, scientific, and well documented – and can improve outcomes drastically. I call it HOPE not DOPE, meaning: Holistic, Orthomolecular, Preventative, and Educational as opposed to: the Diagnosis driven, Overspecialized, Pharmaceutically managed, and Emergency focused healthcare that dominates mainstream medicine today.

Services I Offer...
I run a holistic health clinic in Bradford, north of Toronto, and offer online consulting for clients across Canada. All of my bookings and client documents are handled electronically for security and ease of client access.
My services include nutritional and orthomolecular coaching and functional diagnostic assessments, including food intolerance, hormone, gut biome, heavy metal, and blood chemistry testing. Through 1:1 coaching I offer professional supplement recommendations with an online dispensary and in house apothecary for custom herbals and homeopathics to serve client needs. In addition, I now offer Canada's first subscription holistic healthcare service to make holistic healthcare accessible and viable to more people. The rich should not be the only ones with access to preventative healthcare!
My commitment to community development includes a weekly nutrition column in the local paper and low cost community cooking and fermenting classes, as well as a monthly recipe subscription for a nominal fee. See my services page for more information or to book online.
